This was my first time dealing with Evans Heating & Cooling. Very impressed. The gentleman, Kyle was very polite, explained the situation with the gas fireplace and informed me of precautions that should be followed for safety measures. He suggested as to what should be done immediately concerning the chimney. I was able to locate a firm within a few hours to arrive and assess the situation. I very much appreciated the mannerism that Kyle had handled everything. Thank You.

Evans recently installed a new furnace and new air conditioning unit for us. The servicemen came on time, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no garbage for us to deal with. I was very positively impressed. However, I was surprised that our old programable thermostat, which worked just fine, was replaced with a new non programable thermostat, which seemed like a step backwards.

Definitely recommend. Sales guy Richard was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell things we didn't need. Installation guys were great - professional but friendly and explained everything. Prices very reasonable and inclusive.
