This was our first time using Evans. Kyle, the service technician, arrived on time (actually he called to say he could come earlier, which was a bonus). He was professional and competent. He explained an issues that he had detected with our AC unit, gave some suggestions on how we could proceed and provided a solution that we were happy with. He also gave us some other suggestions for our HVAC system, but did not pressure us to proceed with them. We are happy that we switched from our previous service company.
