After hours Furnace service call. Upon arrival customer stated they found water around the furnace. The system hasn’t been turned on for a couple of weeks while the wether has been cooler. I checked over the drainage system for any clogs or loose connection. I found that the hose coming from the drain trap was missing a clamp so I added one. There were no cracks or leaking in the condensation pumps collector box and the pump worked fine. It seems that the water might be coming from the foundation somewhere near the furnace and not the furnace itself.
