Lennox furnace maintenance, inducer motor is starting to get a bit loud , not over heating or amping. Furnace is operating well besides he inducer motor .

Lennox furnace maintenance, furnace is operating very well . Confirmed collector box drain plug is no longer leaking . Quickly inspected air conditioner which is very dirt and recommend a maintenance on the unit in the spring .

Furnace maintenance on a 26 year old carrier , furnace is operating well at time of testing . Condensation pump has no access and I was unable to clean it . Discussed with the customer about performing a heat exchange inspected and decided they would most like be purchasing a new furnace next year and there was no signs of having a damaged heat exchanger during maintenance .

Carrier furnace repair , heating and cooling were operational, fan relay in thermostat not operating , causing the furnace to not turn fan on . Installed new programmable thermostat and tested heat , cooling and fan . While testing heat , inducer motor fan blade was rubbing housing , tighten motor housing and fixed issue for now , if noise returned I recommend taking motor out and inspecting blades , possibly replace motor .

Carrier furnace repair . Furnace did not show any issues while I was there . Recalled error codes and found 3,4 , ignition proving failure . Found lots of spider webs in exhaust and a few leaves inside furnace. Inspected venting with a camera and found no blockages, venting is straight for about 15 feet into the home . Performed a maintenance on the furnace and tested for about 15 mins , finding no issues with furnace.

Keeprite furnace maintenance. Unit is about 22 years old and operating well at time of testing . Furnace filter is recommended to be changed every 3 month , current filter was very dirty , found some filter on bottom shelf in furnace room and replaced filter . Installed eco bee along with the pek ( power extender kit ) . Skip wifi set up due to customer not being home , tested cooling , heating and fan to verify they are communicating.

Coleman furnace maintenance. Furnace is inducer motor bearings are starting to wear out and get very loud . I recommend replacing motor before the motor seizes , other then the inducer motor , furnace and humidifier are clean and operating well . Fireplace maintenance, fireplace is about a year and half old , operating great . Changed batteries in both remote and receiver, tested fan operating and adjusted lower .

Lennox furnace maintenance, furnace was very clean and is operating very well . Thermostat in not engaging heat right way , had to turn off and on a few times , I believe the relay inside the thermostat is sticking and not engaging the w terminal ( heating ) . Installed programmed Emerson thermostat provided by customer ( Amy approved install ) . Tester all 3 operations heating cooling and fan .

Trane furnace and air conditioning maintenance. Furnaces pressure and drain tubes were restricted with debris . Condensation pump was very dirty and not moving enough water . While taking pump apart found blockage in check valve , valve broke will reinstalling , replaced with new valve and tested pump . Please add white vinegar twice a year to pump , no bleach as bleach can rust the unit and make the plastic brittle. After cleaning furnace and pump they are operating well . Condenser out side was also very dirty, disassemble and clean unit , operating well after cleaning .

Replaced torn pressure switch tubing on water heater, zip-tied tubing out of the way to prevent anything catching on it going forward. Turned tank on and set to 135f as that is where it was set upon arrival. Advised that since the tank is full of cold water that it will take some time to heat up.
