Furnace Maintenance: Flushed the condensate P-trap and lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for functionality. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor to optimize performance. Conducted diagnostic testing, confirming the system is operating efficiently. Recommend a Carbon monoxide detector plugin for the basement. Furnace is operating beautifully. Happy New Year,

Evan’s furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating great . Humidifier is also operating and filter pad is good for the rest of the year , possibly needs to be changed next year .

Furnace Maintenance: Reminder to change filter for best air flow results (16x25x5 or 16x25x4). Removed foliage from the air intake. Flushed the condensate P-trap and lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for functionality. Added airflow arrow for filter application. Added eyeball marker for air intake venting. Added Vinegar marker for condensation pump.
