Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation
Fireplace Maintenance and Inspection

Work Performed: Returned to address no-heat issue. Found pressure switch wire disconnected from previous maintenance visit. Reconnected wire to restore furnace operation. Results: Furnace is now operating properly. No charge for service—issue was an oversight from prior maintenance.

Work Performed: Diagnosed furnace short cycling and burning smell issue. Found error code indicating high-temperature limit open. Bypassed thermostat and tested fan motor operation. Noticed slow-starting fan motor, tested capacitor, and found it reading low. Replaced capacitor, improving fan motor startup and operation. Performed full maintenance, including: Carbon monoxide and combustion analysis. Heat exchanger inspection (confirmed in good condition). Checked traps, tubing, and electrical components. Noted discoloration on circuit board and advised customer about proactive replacement considerations due to furnace age (20 years). Measured temperature rise—within manufacturer specifications. Inspected venting—no rust or damage observed. Advised customer to monitor the furnace and capture a video of any future error codes. Results: Furnace is currently operating within manufacturer specifications. Likely issue was a failing capacitor preventing blower motor startup, leading to overh

Disconnected and reconnected the new gas stove and also tested the functions of all the burners on top and tested that the oven worked as well. The new gas stove installation is complete and operational.
Andrew was a very pleasant young man and answered questions I had succinctly and clearly. He told me what he was doing and the length of time it would take. Hold on to him.

Work Performed: Inspected high-efficiency Goodman furnace for water leak; no installation tag present to verify warranty status (office to confirm). Identified leaks from one of the bolts and the top coupling securing the inducer. Removed inducer and applied high-temp silicone to leaking areas. Ran furnace for 20 minutes to confirm seal held—no visible leaks afterward. Performed maintenance on the furnace. Replaced humidifier pad. Results: Furnace is operational; no leaks observed after sealing. Customer advised to monitor for any further leaks. Recommendation: Book an appointment for a tankless water heater flush.
Navien tankless maintenance Performed flush on navien and cleaned internal water filter and air filter, cleaned condensation trap of debris. System had moderate buildup inside, recommend yearly maintenance to keep the unit in great condition for many years to come.
Installed furnace

Work Performed: Returned to the property following a previous visit to diagnose a gas leak reported by Enbridge Gas. Identified gas leaks at: Dryer valve. Unit heater in the garage. Disconnected the copper pipe feeding the garage from inside the basement and capped it off to isolate the leak. Repaired the gas leak on the dryer valve by disconnecting and reconnecting the piping securely. Conducted a 15-minute pressure test at 15 PSI on the main gas supply line using a 3-inch test gauge from the gas meter outside. Pressure test was successful, confirming no further leaks. Reinstated gas supply to the property. Purged air from the gas lines and test-fired the following appliances: Furnace. Gas stove. Water heater (pilot relit). Gas dryer. Results: All appliances are operating properly at this time. Gas system is confirmed leak-free. Warning tags will be cleared today.
