Lennox no ac Customer stated only the inside portion is working. Upon testing, found a bad 35/5 capacitor. Replaced capacitor and tested unit again. Unit is working again and starting to cool the house down. Will take some time to cool the house. Unit is working safely

Dylan came today to look at the ERV in our home that had a leak a few weeks ago. He was able to quickly assess the situation and determined this was a one time issue and would not require repair. He was able to explain the system to us more in-depth and provide guidance on what to do in the future. We would highly recommend him and Evan’s in the future.

Panasonic ERV repair Arrived at site and customer explained they experienced water leaking from the bottom corner of the ERV a little while ago. Inspected all of the ERV, insured all joints were secured properly at all filters were clean. Tested unit operation and found no issues with any of the motors. After double checking, the manual, ERV was set up to run 60 minutes every hour, nonstop. Manuel recommend setting up anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minute run time every hour. Set timer to 40 minutes and told the customer to monitor it and see if any water leak just returned. Also possible that rain water could’ve been pulled in as the joint in question of leaking water is pulling in fresh air from the outside, and could possibly suck up rainwater Found no issues with ERV at this time
