Red tag service call Customer was tagged for gas leak on pipe to fire place and no bonding Upon searching for gas leak where gas technician said the leak was, using leak detector on high sensitivity and soap found no indication of a leak. There is no bonding wire to the copper of the water heater to allow any potential to go to ground. Will have the office quote out the cost to add bonding wire. Red tag was not cleared as all the fractions could not be completed at time of service Turned gas back on to the fireplace Customer has not had maintenance done on the fireplace in sometime, customer will reach out to book a fireplace maintenance in the fall

Luxaire ac repair Arrived at site, found unit low on charge, added, refrigerant, and UV dye to the system. Pressures are now looking a lot better and the house has started Did tell the customer that this is not a guarantee to solve the problem and that if it doesn’t keep up to call us back to do a leak search and see if the uv dye leaked out Unit is now running

Lennox AC Maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit. Inspected all electrical components. Tested refrigerant pressures. Pressures were low. Added a dye kit and refrigerant tom5he system.

Lennox Comfort club AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit. Found damage to coil likely caused by animal urine. Aluminum fins are decayed but the copper pipe is still intact. Inspected all electrical components. Replaced capacitor. Tested refrigerant charge.
