Work Performed – Furnace Maintenance Performed full maintenance on 2012 Goodman furnace. Checked gas pressure and adjusted as needed. Cleaned flame sensor for reliable ignition. Tested and cleared condensate drain. Checked heat exchanger and combustion analysis – No current issues found. Inspected blower motor and electrical components – Everything is operating within specifications. Customer needs to replace 20x25x1 filter – Advised on replacement. The furnace is operating normally at this time. Work Performed: Inspected Lennox furnace (installed in 2009) showing a pressure switch error code. Tested pressure switch, venting, and condensate system. Measured pressures using a manometer, confirming pressures are exceeding rated limits. Verified with volt meter that the pressure switches intermittently failing to close or open, triggering the error code. Tested other furnace functions, including combustion analysis and general inspection. Results: Furnace is still operational at this time. Pressure switches require replacement to ensure continued safe and reliable operation. Recommendation: Recommend replacing the pressure switches to address the intermittent failure.

Service Summary Call for Water Leak on Floor Upon inspection of the basement and appliances, found that the humidifier drain was clogged, causing water to back up and leak onto the floor. Cleared the drain, resolving the leak. Additional Findings & Recommendations: Humidifier pad needs to be changed, but the correct pad was not available on the truck. Inspected the furnace and condensate pump – the furnace interior looks good, and the drainage is clear for now. Recommended annual furnace maintenance, but the customer declined at this time. Customer plans to schedule furnace and AC maintenance in the spring, at which time we can bring a humidifier pad if they haven’t already purchased one. Final Status: No active leaks remain. Recommended future maintenance to ensure continued proper operation.

Customer complaint: No heat in the house, error code indicating motor fault. Tested furnace startup and operation—sequence of operations was normal. Observed that the gas valve opened, but the hot surface igniter was not heating. Tested voltage to the hot surface igniter—measured 120V as expected, confirming the igniter was faulty. Removed and inspected the hot surface igniter—found it broken. Advised customer of the issue, and they agreed to replace the igniter. Replaced the hot surface igniter and test-fired the furnace. Performed combustion analysis, heat rise test, safety checks, and inspected all electrical connections. Furnace is now operating as it should within manufacturer recommendations and current gas codes. Recommended annual furnace maintenance with Evans, including a safety check and cleaning, as the unit was installed in 2009. Also recommended maintaining the tankless water heater annually.

Furnace Maintenance: Removed reverse slopping for proper drainage. Sealed the refegirant line with fresh putty and tin tape to avoid heat loss. Resealed the collector box plug with Teflon tape. Flushed the condensate lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for functionality. Removed condensation from Ventor motor housing for optimal performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor to optimize performance. Conducted diagnostic testing, confirming the system is operating efficiently. Furnace repair . Furnace is in rough condition. Inducer motor bearings starting to fail causing the motor to grind , still operational . Flame roll out is defective and broken , needs to be replaced to keep furnace safely operating. Flame sensor was dirty and not sensing the flame , along with a blocked drain causing the pressure switch to intermittently open and close . I have cleaned what is need to keep furnace operating, I recommend a furnace maintenance when repairs are finished or replacing the unit .

Lennox furnace maintenance, furnace is operating very well . Furnace filter needs to be changed by the end of April , she is using a 6672 now but would like to change to 6670 . Uv bulb need to stay unplugged . House humidifier is about 20% rh , humidifier is operating fine but damper is was closed . Damper will need to be closed at the end of winter . I have also recommended Andrew be the technician returns for any future work .

My 90 year old father and I were so nervous and anxious when our furnace wasn’t working. Evan’s worked quickly to have someone assess the furnace, order the appropriate part and then Jordan came and fixed the problem. He communicated what he was doing, kept us updated on progress and in short order had the furnace working again. We are so appreciative.

Cameron did a very nice job of cleaning the glass of our fireplace. He serviced both our fireplace and furnace. The truck fee threw us for a loop...never heard of such a thing.
