Completed a full maintenance on a Lennox 90% efficiency boiler. Removed and cleaned all the condensation hoses, performed a CO test, checked gas pressure, took amperage draw by the inducer motor, tested igniter, vacuumed the inside of it, took amperage draw by circulating pump, inspected venting, checked for any water damage, tested pressure reducing valve, and ran equipment from the thermostat.

Furnace service call. Upon arrival I traced the voltage from the main power to the transformer where it ended. The transformer must have blown with the power surge. Replaced transformer and the unit runs normally. No other issues found at this time.

Carrier ductless maintenance Arrived at site and preformed ductless maintenance Checked air filters inspected blower wheel cleaned condenser outside with brush checked voltage going into the unit checked unit operation check temp rise Complain that there was water leaking from one corner of the head, discovered drain line to be blocked, cleared blockage in the line and insured unit was draining properly Blower wheel on the inside head is very dirty, will put a request in for the office to give a price to return and clean blower wheel Landlord also requested that the tenant record all work that was done, request was denied Found no issues with how the ductless is operating at this time

Furnace and tankless maintenance Both Arrived at site and performed maintenance on furnace and tankless Lennox furnace All electrical components are working Well, combustion levels are good, condensate pump is working and drain Lines are clear, adjusted gas pressures, installed new customer supplied filter. There is a spot of rust inside the furnace, instructed customer on how to check to see if the furnace is leaking water during the winter time. Navien tankless Perform maintenance on the tankless Ran flush through system Cleaned filters tested unit operation Gas line going into the tankless was installed not allowing hose to get on for flush, reworked gas line for easier maintenance in the future Found no issues with tankless or furnace. Both are working safely at time of service.

Lennox AC comfort club maintenance Cleanse and inspected condenser unit. Inspected air handler. The blower wheel is still tight and the belt is in working condition. The filter should be changed. Part number: 12758. Pictures on file. Tested refrigerant pressures. Unit is still working but age is becoming a factor in operation. Compressor sounds like it’s wearing down but it is still Moving refrigerant and not overdrawing amperage.

I properly rewired a 30-5 dual run capacitor.

Daikin ductless repair Upon arrival, could see water coming from the ductless head, and where water had leaked down the wall. Upon inspection, found water was not draining out of the drain line, upon clearing drain line, debris came out of the hose and began to drain properly Also made sure we were having a good return and supply temperature for the ductless, over at 20° split Took pictures of the wall to document where the water was leaking. Found no other issues with how the ductless is running. No charge to the customer, under warranty as per office

Goodman furnace repair. Found barring to be the cause of the noise. Recommend to replace blower motor on furnace. Found dead mouse stuck in blower wheel. Recommended to replace. Left b type red tags on furnace and water heat for rested piping. Left b type red tag in water due to shower.

Comfort club Lennox AC maintenance and repair. Found blower flywheel had fallen off of the shaft. Reset wheel, belt and tension. Cleaned and inspected condenser coil. Inspected all electrical components. Tested refrigerant pressures. Unit is cooling well. No other problems found at this time.

Daikin Ductless Maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser coil. Inspected evaporator coil. Inspected electrical components. Unit is in good condition. No problems found.

Trane comfort club AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit. Inspected all electrical components. Tested refrigerant pressures. I found no problems with the ac unit.

Comfort club AC maintenance for Lennox and Keeprite AC Cleaned and inspected both condensers. Inspected all electrical components. Found low capacitor on keeprite ac. No action taken today. Tested refrigerant pressures. No other problems found today.

Carier AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit. Inspected all electrical components. Tested refrigerant pressure. I found no issues with the unit.

Carrier AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit. Inspected all electrical components. Found capacitor out of tolerance and replaced it. Tested refrigerant pressures. Unit is running well. Not other problems found.

Replaced circuit board on Armstrong Air furnace. Furnace had been locked out on E112 prior to repair. After changing circuit board the furnace is fully operational, no longer display E112. This error code is related to the ground wire not being detected by the furnace circuit board. During original diagnostic call i had ensured he furnace as properly grounded and meets electrical code. Furnace is operating safely and with no issues at this time.

Lennox service call back Customer complaint of noise when blower running, found to be due to the air passing over the filter and some small gaps in the duct work. Customer said he would take care of the gaps in the duct work. Customer also said the there was a small leak on the condensate trap due to a forgotten clamp. Installed clamp and insured no more leaks were present. No charge for the customer due to the small water leak on the trap that was installed 1 week ago. Recommend to the customer to have a maintenance done on the unit in the fall as one has not been done by us since the install and needs to do done in order to maintain the labour and parts warranty on the unit. Unit is working safely and efficiently at time of service

Lennox service call Found water on the floor due to a bad condonsate trap that has cracked. Replaced trap and tested unit. No more water leaking at time of service All is working safely and efficiently at this time labour and parts covered under warranty
