Furnace service call , install s30 module . Test and verify thermostat is communicating with furnace and ac . Customer would like thermostat left at 67f and fireplace on as well set to about 65 f . Verified front door is locked and key is back under the front mat .

Furnace maintenance Inspected furnace and found 3 water leaks. Collector box is leaking, exhaust cap is leaking and condensate trap is leaking. Removed venter motor to inspect exhaust baffles and found them to be rusty. Performed a Combustion analysis and the result was 255 PPM. Explained to the customer this furnace will need to be red tagged. Provide furnace repalcement quote due to age.

Fireplace maintenance Fireplace is in great shape. No issues or concerns found. While in the furnace room, noticed the duct work for the furnace is falling apart and not efficient for heating or cooling. Recommend to customer to get supply plenum replaced and increase size, and to replace return. Will follow up with office to provide a quote.

Furnace maintenance Furnace is very loud on start up. Venter motor internal bearings are seizing up. Blower motor is drawing high amperage, more than the rating plate specifications. Inspected heat exchanger with inspection camera and noticed it is very corroded internally. Took clear pictures and showed customer the internal conditions. Provided information what needs to be done to keep furnace running. Customer would like repair quotes vs replacement unit quotes. Did notice water heater water inlet is very corroded and leaking water. Recommend replacing unit before it leaks more. Did make customer aware that the chimney does not have a chimney liner, and would require upgrading the water heater to the power vented Style.

furnace repair Customer states furnace will work on and off. Furnace would ignite and shutoff after 4 seconds. Removed and inspected flame sensor. Flame sensor dirty and has over heated. Cleaned flame sensor and furnace would operate normally. Recommend replacing flame sensor due to its condition. Found a bug rust spot in the upper cabinet and lower cabinet. Condensation trap is cracked leaking water. Recommend replacing condensate trap. Did notice venter motor fan blades are starting to crack. Recommend replacing venter motor before fan blades shatter. Will provide repair quote and part availability.

Furnace repair - upon arrival unit was flashing 11 flashes - error code - check blower/wiring. Ran system - unit was going off on high limit as the system started heating the motor shut down. Turned system to off and tested Blower motor with ecm tester. Motor not constantly operating. Studdar started and then shut down. Tried a couple of times, turning the on and off switch but it would not go. Turned fan to on at the thermostat, motor would make a couple beeping sounds and then the blower would move 1/4 inch and then stop. Then it went around twice and stopped again Submitted form for repair quote Provided estimates for Evans select and premier

Lennox furnace repair , error code 1+2 low flame sensor reading . Tested flame reading at 0.1 ua before cleaning and after cleaning 1.9 ua on low fire and 2.5 ua in high . Quick maintenance the unit with out vacuuming to ensure they’re have no other issues this year .

After getting annoyed at first that we had to replace the gas fireplace in our just purchased house - Salesman Steve was speedy (he really knows his fire stuff) and suggested a budget solution for our situation. Then another Steve the fireplace fitter expert especially came to the house to double check that everything would go smoothly on installation day - he was super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased our A/C unit new from Evans and subsequently have it maintained on a regular basis. Today, Jordan (Technician) arrived precisely at the scheduled appointment time. As I previously experienced, he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the initial problem and made me aware of other contributing factors. The service he provided proved to greatly enhance the cooling efficiency of the unit, making a noticeable difference in comfort, especially on a day when temperatures soared to 32 celsius. Having experienced both sales & service, I highly recommend Evans Heating & Cooling.

Lennox ac repair , cleaned base of condenser , mice started eating the compressor cover , pulled and cleaned blower motor and wheel also replaced capacitor on blower motor ( old rating was 3 should have been 5 ) added dye and 3 pounds of 410a to system , we will need to return in 1-2 months to search for leak
