Although confronted with multiple unexpected issues, Mark didn't complain, but provided and subsequently implemented the requisite solutions to ensure the problems were addressed expeditiously. Subsequent to completing the job, he was in no hurry to leave, but conversely, took the time to answer my questions and indulge the few concerns I had. Thank you for a job well done.

Furnace service call
Intermittent problem. Furnace gave error codes for high limit, pressure switch and ignition on high fire. I couldn’t consistently recreate the issue that was causing the unit to not operate. I temperature at the high limit was around 140F leading me to believe that the high limit is faulty. I recommend changing all 3 parts due to the error codes the furnace gave as they could also be giving intermittent issues.
