After hours Furnace service call. Upon arrival customer stated they found water around the furnace. The system hasn’t been turned on for a couple of weeks while the wether has been cooler. I checked over the drainage system for any clogs or loose connection. I found that the hose coming from the drain trap was missing a clamp so I added one. There were no cracks or leaking in the condensation pumps collector box and the pump worked fine. It seems that the water might be coming from the foundation somewhere near the furnace and not the furnace itself.

Customer states that the pilot light keeps going out every time it is windy. Some parts were previously replaced by the original installer. The vent termination is damaged which might be the cause of the issue. I reached out to tech support and was told to replace the termination and inspect all venting to ensure that it has not come apart. I will work on getting an estimate for the repair.

Water heater repair Arrived at site and installed new expansion tank for the water heater. Set tank to approximate water pressure and ensure there were no leaks. Let system run for over 30 minutes and had no issues with the TNP opening and pressure buildup. No charge to the customer System is working safely

Daikin Furnace Maintenance: Unit cleaned and diagnostic tested successfully. Inspected for dye, couldn't find any, will check again during a.c season. Stay warm,

Lennox Boiler maintenance. Cleaned and inspected boiler. Tested flu gasses and gas pressure. Bled the air out of the radiators. Tested unit operation. Boiler is running well. No problems found today.

Lennox furnace maintenance Arrived at site and preformed regular furnace maintenance All electrical components are working properly Combustion is good Air filter is good Flushed drain line Temp rise is good Some water corrosion on circuit board but is still operational Found no issues with furnace operation Customer complained about water leaking from the furnace area when ac is running Found evap coil drain pan clogged. Cleared Pan, tested ac and found low refrigerant levels, leak in evap will have office quote new evap, customer will want to wait till spring to make a decision Unit is almost 15 years old and is better to replace the ac Furnace is running safely

Ruud no ac Customer stated unit was not working Compressor was running while thermostat was set to off and upon pulling the disconnect, disconnect broke. Shut off power at the breaker and removed ac panel and found a big mouse nest and mouse in it. Removed mouse nest and found low voltage wires were chewed. Fixed low voltage wires and installed new disconnect Tested ac and ac is running and responding to the thermostat correctly Have good supply and return temps 78°in the house, will take time to cool the house Ac is running safely

Keeprite Furnace Maintenance Inspected all electrical components. Tested all safeties. Cleaned and inspected cabinet. Tested furnace flue gasses. I found no problems with the furnace at this time.

Lennox AC service call. Found furnace door was not closing properly holding furnace door switch so the ac would not come on. I added foam to hold the switch better while the door is on so that it can’t come loose and turn the unit off again.

Discovered a gas a leak at a piping nipple on the exterior near barbecue gas line. Removed the nipple, applied pipe dope, reconnected the fitting and tested to ensure that the leak was fully resolved. The customer has cleared the gravel buildup to resolve the second infraction.customer wishes to pay by e-transfer
