Goodman ac repair , condenser was not being energized due to a bug being stuck in the contactor . Evaporator drain had a zip tie blocking he flow of water . Air conditioner is operation .

Air conditioning repair. Outdoor condencer contactor is defective. Provided contactor repalcement quote. Customer approved replacement quote. Replaced contactor and air conditioning is now operating normally. Did notice a smell of natural gas in the basement while in the furnace room. Using gas leak detector device found gas leak at the 1” gas tite connector. Followed gas line outside and found on the other end the gas tite connector was leaking there as well. 2 more leaks where also found on the gas line manifold on the outside. Disconnected & capped gas line inside unit repairs are made. Office will follow up on gas line repair quote.

Arrived on site, found outdoor unit not responding. Opened up electrical panel and noticed burnt contactor and wasn’t able to be pressed in. Changed out contactor and tested operation. Pressures were good and unit was cooling well for age. Advised customers that unit should be replaced with a new ac unit due to age of appliance.

Steve and team installed a new furnace and a/c unit. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in a satisfactory and professional manner. Steve kept us informed throughout the process and made things right where required. Craig (A/C technician) needed to change pad for larger unit and even discussed options with us for our approval. We are very satisfied we chose Evans Plumbing and Heating.

Air conditioning maintenance Air conditioner system pressures low. Potential leak in system. Customer has had leak repaired in system 3-4 years ago. Condenser unit capacitor is low in charge. Recommend replacing capacitor. Provided options to customer to how to go forward with the situation. Option 1) adding uv dye to the system and adding the required 410a refrigerant to get system operational again at top peak. Would require customer to run system 3-4 weeks to let dye travel through the system. Return after 3-4 weeks and find leak with uv light. After determining where the leak is, more repair options will be available. Option 2) leave system for now unit struggles to keep up. Due to the past issues and condition unit is in now, customer declined option #1 and will ride it out. They also would like unit replacement quote. Due to furnace age they would also like a quote on furnace replacement options. Will provide unit replacement quotes.

Lennox furnace and ac maintenance . Furnace was operational but not engaging second stage . After diagnostic I determined the second stage pressure switch is defective. Installed new switch 0.50/0.85 and removed old switch of 0.45/0.90 . Furnace is operating normal now . Ac is also operating well .

After hours service call , furnace repair . Cycled power and watched furnace operator for 20 mins no issues . Customer mention the hydro company had power off to the house short before furnace failed . Filter is a 6672( 5 inch filter about 10 months old ) furnace is operating with a 70 split . After cycling furnace off and back on with main power (120v ) multiple times the furnace did not come back on one of the times with 27 v going to terminal w and no error codes . If problem persist replace circuit board or furnace .installed new filter 6670 .

Lennox furnace maintenance. Found leaves in the intake just above burners . Cleaned and removed them . Performed maintenance on the unit . Found the humidifier filter was the incorrect one for this model , and the top tray was installed up side down . Install new #10 filter pad along with the furnace filter the customer provided . Both Units are operating very well with no issues .
