Service call . Red tag stated , gas leak in supply . Found two leaks one on the main drop down from meter supply line and another on 1 inch bbq line . No union on bbq line . Customer was ok with cutting and capping both sides , due to the line not being used . Removed about 6 feet of black iron and reseal all threads along the way . Tested pipe system along with lighting both hot water tank and furnace . Clear red tag .

Air conditioning repair System was working normally once turned on call for cooling. Temperature drop was 20 degrees. Contactor was chattering. Recommend replacing contactor before it stops working. While checking other components, outdoor condencer fan would start to slow down, then stop for a couple seconds and start back up. Tested capacitor and it was good. Inspected fan motor and tried spinning the fan blades by hand and motor is tight. Will provide quote for fan motor repalcement & contactor replacement.

Furnace & air conditioning maintenance. Furnace is in great shape, no issues or concerns found. Furnace filter has not been changed for 2 years. Highly recommend check & possibly changing furnace filter every 6-8 months. Customer does not have an accessible hose for the air conditioning system and wants the unit washed down properly. As well customer realized there’s poison ivy around the unit and was going to call office to reschedule air conditioning unit it was removed.

Air conditioning repair Breaker controlling outdoor condenser Is defective. It’s stuck in the off position and won’t turn on. House is sold and closing date is on the 8th, needs to show repairs where done by the correct trade. Cusotmer will call an electrician fix the breaker.

Tankless and AC maintenance and inspection. Tankless had previously had error code E003 “ignition failure” This is likely due to plugged air filter on intake pipe. Tankless would have been starving for air on trial for ignition. Performed full maintenance on unit, cleaned all filters and flushed system. AC maintenance- AC is in good condition and cooling well at this time. No problems or concerns found during visit. Replaced humidifier plastic tubing after solenoid valve.

Water leaking on top of furnace: Puddle of water ( condensation) was coming from the copper lines that lead to the evaporator coil. Sealed lines and door up with door gum. No more water leaking.

Air conditioning repair When air conditioning is running, there would be a humming noise coming from the unit at times. Wood fence to house is tight, creating a wind tunnel and making an odd noise from unit while running. Made cusotmer aware that it is nothing to be concerned about. Inside they hear a similar noise at times when the furnace fan speeds ramp up. Return grill in kitchen is humming quietly. Took grill off and noise went away. Customer is going to get new return grill rather than bending the fins. Highly recommend furnace and air conditioning maintenance in the near future.

Call back service call Furnace blower & air conditioning would keep running after set point was reached. Cusotmer had to turn off breaker at electrical panel for both furnace & air conditioning unit. After doing that system would shutoff after reaching temperature. It appears the thermostat is the issue. Asked customer to monitor it and if this happens again thermostat will require replacement. Provided thermostat replacement quote incase thermostat needs to be replaced.

Arrived on site, found outdoor unit not running with a call for cooling. Checked to see if voltage on both sides of contactor. 0v drop. Motor was burning hot so disconnected power and checked capacitor. Found cap 0mfd and swelling. Swapped cap and closed up electrical panel. Noticed coil was plugged solid so cleaned coil as would cause problems down the road. Checked unit operation and delta t. Both good delta t 19f. Advised customer to set up maintenance for next year to ensure optimal operation of unit. Unit running well at time of service

Kyle saved me a lot of $$at some future date. He discovered a mouse nest under the "blanket" in my air conditioning unit. These "little guest" could have caused a lot of damage given their chewing habits. Kyle also showed me how to turn off the switch on my electrical panel that delivers a little heat to the "cosy nest" in the Winter. THANKS KYLE!!
