Evaporator coil was frozen upon my arrival, I checked the air filter which is clean, and confirmed that the fan blower motor is operating correctly. I advised the customer to turn the air conditioner off but keep the fan running to defrost the evaporator coil. We will need to return at a later time to check the refrigerant charge and properly diagnose the issue. I recommend bringing an A-coil as it might be leaking refrigerant.
