Furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace is working well and in good condition for its age at this time. Found no problems or concerns during the time of service. Discussed sequence of operation when furnace has a call for heat while also being set to “fan on”.

Air Conditioner installation

Ac check up , condenser is clean ( from rain ) Capacitor is reading same as last year at 5/28 should be 5/30 . R 22 refrigerant is slightly over charged but not causing harm to the system. Unit is operating well for its age .

Daikin ac repair , defective capacitor . Capacitor failed due to maintenance issues . Unit has not been seen by our company since install . Replaced capacitor, cleaned condenser and tested unit . Furnace filter needs to be replaced minimum every 3 months . I highly recommend getting the furnace maintenance to maintain the warranty and efficiency of the heating and cooling system .

Furnace installation. The old broken down unit was removed and the new furnace was carefully installed. The furnace was then tested and is operating properly for the home.

Install new evaporator and test system including drain . Added 10 oz of 410a . Discussed closing old humidifier ( no door on old humidifier) customer decided to replace with new . Natural draft tank has been back drafting most like from open return . I quickly checked draft in tank , no issues while testing . Ac is operating well , no water drained out side of evaporator during testing . Also found supply duct work had a hiding damper behind the old coil door . When I make my door I left it accessible and explained how and when to use it to the customer. Closed in summer , open in winter .

Lennox furnace and humidifier maintenance . Furnace is operating great with no issues . Humidifier is operational but the solenoids is not fully closing , allowing small amount of water to constantly drip. Customer has decided to turn water off and only use when the house gets uncomfortable.i did install a new humidifier pad , #10 is too small and #35 needs to be cut down to fit properly

Call back service - blockage in condensation drain 90 Removed blockage Drained coil Replaced hose and 90 Tested, system draining properly.

Air Conditioner Installation. Carefully installed the new air conditioning unit, ensuring all connections were secure and the system was properly calibrated. After testing the unit, we confirmed that the system was cooling efficiently and operating smoothly.

Ac repair - capacitor was blown - replaced and tested system fully operational. Discussed options for replacing unit, but customer is waiting to the next heat pump rebates.

Diakin ac maintenance. Disassembled and cleaned condenser , tested capacitor and amps on both motor . Tested operation of air conditioner and noticed the differential was only 10 f and refrigerant levels are low . Refrigerant pressure are the same from 2021 , I don’t believe there is any leak In the system due to the same refrigerant pressures as in 2021 when we performed a maintenance. Added 1.5 pounds of 410 a ,air conditioning now has a differential of 20 f .

AC Service Call. Went out to a customer's house to repair their air conditioner. I arrived at the house and diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty capacitor. I replaced the capacitor and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was thankful for the service.

Service call . Red tag stated , gas leak in supply . Found two leaks one on the main drop down from meter supply line and another on 1 inch bbq line . No union on bbq line . Customer was ok with cutting and capping both sides , due to the line not being used . Removed about 6 feet of black iron and reseal all threads along the way . Tested pipe system along with lighting both hot water tank and furnace . Clear red tag .

Ductless heat pump installation

Air conditioning repair System was working normally once turned on call for cooling. Temperature drop was 20 degrees. Contactor was chattering. Recommend replacing contactor before it stops working. While checking other components, outdoor condencer fan would start to slow down, then stop for a couple seconds and start back up. Tested capacitor and it was good. Inspected fan motor and tried spinning the fan blades by hand and motor is tight. Will provide quote for fan motor repalcement & contactor replacement.

Furnace & air conditioning maintenance. Furnace is in great shape, no issues or concerns found. Furnace filter has not been changed for 2 years. Highly recommend check & possibly changing furnace filter every 6-8 months. Customer does not have an accessible hose for the air conditioning system and wants the unit washed down properly. As well customer realized there’s poison ivy around the unit and was going to call office to reschedule air conditioning unit it was removed.

Arrived at a residential home for a tankless water heater installation. The new system is an upgrade for the home and will improve the home's energy efficiency. The customer is pleased with the replacement.

Air conditioning repair Breaker controlling outdoor condenser Is defective. It’s stuck in the off position and won’t turn on. House is sold and closing date is on the 8th, needs to show repairs where done by the correct trade. Cusotmer will call an electrician fix the breaker.
