This was my first time dealing with Evans Heating & Cooling. Very impressed. The gentleman, Kyle was very polite, explained the situation with the gas fireplace and informed me of precautions that should be followed for safety measures. He suggested as to what should be done immediately concerning the chimney. I was able to locate a firm within a few hours to arrive and assess the situation. Evans recently installed a new furnace and new air conditioning unit for us. The servicemen came on time, were courteous and professional, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no garbage for us to deal with. I was very positively impressed. However, I was surprised that our old programable thermostat, which worked just fine, was replaced with a new non programable thermostat, which seemed like a step backwards.
