Great Service!
Gary was very polite, informative and quick while doing a maintenance on our furnace and AC! I have had Evans in before for the furnace maintenance and always been satisfied with their service. First time for an AC maintenance and needed a new part due to noise vibration which has solved our problem. I would definitely recommend Evans Heating and Cooling for your needs!

Work Performed Responded to no cooling issue on a Nordyne air conditioner Found a break in the low-voltage (2-wire) connection between the furnace and the outdoor unit Existing wire ran through a finished ceiling, which made it inaccessible for repair Discussed rerouting the wire along the exterior of the home and entering through an existing hole with the coaxial cable Client approved rerouting Installed new 2-wire, secured it properly to the house, and ran it into the furnace room Connected wiring, tested operation, and confirmed proper system response Results Air conditioner is now operating normally No AC diagnostics performed, as the client confirmed it was functioning well prior to the wire issue
