I was impressed right from the start when they covered the flooring with mats for protection. Both Steve and Brendan worked efficiently with very little disruption to me working in my home office. Very happy with the service and professionalism. At this point I would not go anywhere else for heating and air conditioning services.

Furnace repair Customer states furnace is very loud. Venter motor is extremely loud and struggling to operate due to internal bearings inside the motor seizing up. Did notice water in the bottom of the furnace. Removed blower motor and found that the secondary heat exchanger is leaking water. Make customer aware of the situation and issued a red tag. Due to the condition and size of the unit, customer will be exploring their options of replacing furnace rather than fixing.

Furnace repair Customer states furnace will not turn back on after a power outage. Inspected furnace and while furnace is in operation, cut the power to the furnace acting like a power outage. Furnace did not turn back on. Reset furnace and it is fully operational. Recommend control board replacement to prevent this from happening again during another power outage.

Ruud furnace repair , install in Emerson T stat and perform a maintenance on the furnace . Furnace is operating good no issues at the time of testing . Gas line inside furnace was starting to rust . I cleaned it up and paint about 1 1/2 feet of black iron .

Checked furnace for signs of an issue due to noisy operation heard upon the first time the furnace was used this season. Everything is working well, no longer making any rattling noises. No cause for concern found at this time. Fireplace thermostat had come off the wall but was not broken, secured it to wall and tested operation. Working as it should, no issues.

Furnace maintenance and inspection. Increased cooling fan speed to high to help with warmer temperatures on second floor. July 11th: air conditioning maintenance. Unit was very loud on arrival. Outdoor unit contactor was failing. Replaced contactor under warranty. Unit quiet and running normally. Recommend maintenance again next year due to the location of the unit. It was very dirty.

Furnace repair , Lennox furnace over heating , and possible having intermittent issue turning on ( customer suggested, he has been resetting the power to get the furnace to operate) tested the motor , and turned up the fan speed , T stat is also dropping 26 v to w , which is making the furnace cycle on and off , installed new Emerson programmable T stat

Ac repair - system low in charge Found loose nut on txv - tighten and explain to customer that may have fixed it, but no gaurentees. He would like to be proactive and install a uv dye. Added 1 lb of 410a..System fully operational.. Furnace maintenance - system is fully operational. Motor is starting to make sounds on start up customer will monitor.

Chris was polite, friendly, thorough, and happy to answer all of our questions! Everything was great, but there was a discrepancy with the price. I was told over the phone that it would be $95 & $85 for the two fireplaces, but we were charged $95 & $95.

After having another contractor out, and being told our boiler was out of warranty, and being quoted several thousand to replace, I called Evans for a second opinion. They came out promptly, and got us back up and running, and got us a new boiler under warranty! They were very polite and helpful, and I have been recommending them since. Thank you.!
