Furnace Maintenance: Adjusted gas pressure to lowest 3.2"w.c, dropping C.O Levels significantly to 33ppm. Reccomend plug-in Carbon monoxide detector for rhe basement level. Reccomend upgrading to two stage Furnace in the near future. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently.

Work Performed: Responded to service call for a Lennox communicating thermostat that had lost functionality following a power surge. Thermostat display was on but had no access to any menus. Power cycled the system, and after resetting, full menu access and communication with the furnace and air conditioner were restored. Inspected the smart Wi-Fi hub near the furnace—flashing yellow light indicates no Wi-Fi connection, which is normal as Wi-Fi features are not in use. Performed a full furnace cleaning service and safety inspection during the visit. Results: Thermostat and system communication restored. Furnace cleaned and operating safely within normal parameters. No component damage found. Will provide an estimate to supply and install a whole-home HRV (heat recovery ventilator) system, as the home (approximately 15 years old) currently lacks air exchange and is experiencing elevated humidity levels.

Furnace Maintenance: Replaced the media filter for optimal airflow, also added an arrow for airflow orientation.. Added teflon tape to the collector box plug to avoid any further water damage. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Fireplace Maintenance: Thoroughly cleaned the firebox, removing soot, dust, debris, and any pests. Vacuumed and dusted the ceramic log set, restoring its polished appearance. Inspected wiring to confirm secure connections and overall safety. Cleaned and polished the viewing glass using a specialized fireplace glass cleaner for optimal clarity. Conducted a detailed cleaning of the pilot assembly to ensure reliable performance.

Work Performed: Performed inspection on an older natural draft boiler (manufactured circa 1976). Verified safe operation and overall condition. - Inspected burners visually; found clean from prior maintenance completed January of this year - Decided not to remove burners due to clean condition and age of boiler — to avoid unnecessary disturbance of aging components - Checked pilot operation, flame characteristics, and all safety controls - Performed combustion analysis — results within safe operating range - Verified flue draft and venting integrity - Checked for leaks or corrosion around gas and water connections — none found Left valid co test tag valid for one year from this date. Results: Boiler is operating safely with combustion values within acceptable range and approved for usage for 1 year. Due to age, continued monitoring is recommended, and replacement should be considered if major issues arise.
