Keeprite no ac Customer states they have water around furnace when ac is running Found a A partially clogged drain line, cleared drain line and ensured proper drainage. Also turned the AC on, pressure pressures appear to be lower, but ideal. Temperature was too low to accurately look at pressures. Customer will not be using AC for the remainder of the year, advise the age being 25 years old as well as the furnace being 25 years old. recommend replacing either piece of equipment if any more issues were to Unit is running at time of service Customer will pay the office directly or pay by e-transfers

Indoor fan motor is noisy, and both blower wheels are very dirty. The customer approved for me to come at a later date to clean the blower wheel. I recommend fixing the air flow issue first before performing a leak search.

Completed a maintenance on a high efficiency Lennox furnace for; cleaned flame sensor, took amperage draw by the two motors, took gas pressure, temperature rise, vacuumed the inside of the furnace for, took voltages, tested safeties, and ran equipment using the thermostat to ensure that it is working correctly.

Goodman Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and inspected the furnace. Tested all electrical components. Cleaned condensation trap. Replaced filter with customer owned filter. Tested furnace flue. I found lots of rust on the inlet to the heat exchanger. This could be come a large problem in the future. We will get an estimate for a replacement. The furnace looks good otherwise I found no other problems.

Completed a maintenance on two Daiken mini-split system: washed air filters, cleaned indoor coils, tested incoming power to the units, brushed the outdoor coils because there was not access to water, cleared condensation drains, and took temperatures drops. Tested the equipment to ensure that it is working properly. The indoor blowers are dirty; the customer approved for me to come at a later time to clean the blower wheels. Customer was not on site to collect payment.
