Ammana no heat and maintenance Arrived at site to preform no heat diagnostic and maintenance Found the gas valves was no releasing any gas for ignition due to the pressure switch that is in series with not closing Found the pressure switch tubing to be blocked, cleared blockage and unit is igniting every time properly Completes the rest of the maintenance as requested Unit is 21 years old and coming towards the end of its life span, and isn’t in the greater condition due to lack of maintenance and care recommend customer have a plan of when and how to replace the furnace to avoid a costly break down Unit is running safely at this time

Lennox Furnace Comfort Club Maintenance Cleaned and inspected furnace. Tested all electrical components. Tested furnace flue gasses and gas pressure. Cleaned condensation trap. Furnace is in great condition, I found no problems at this time.

Completed a maintenance on power vented Lennox boiler: vacuumed burners, brushed heat exchanger, took amperage draw by the inducer motor, performed a CO test, checked pressure, tested inducer motor capacitor, bled radiators, tested pressure reducing valve, looked for any leaks, inspected venting, vacuumed the inside of the uni, and tested equipment to ensure that unit is functioning properly. Please mail invoice to customer.

I had a scheduled furnace maintenance. My service technician was.Shalik Murrell. He arrived in the timeframe that was scheduled and he got right to work. Very efficient, answered all my questions, very professional and very personable. It was lovely meeting Shalik. After the furnace was serviced, I was given a summary of the checkup and all is well. I had booked my appointment about a month and a half in advance and was quoted the service price. In the time between booking and my appointment there was a September special. If you had an appointment booked for September, you got a discount. That was a lovely surprise. I have been a customer of Evans Heating and Cooling for many years and have always received wonderful service.
Elmer was wonderful. He was very professional and pleasant. He made sure that every aspect of our boiler system was working properly. We definitely feel comfortable facing the cold weather that's ahead of us. We will ask for Elmer in the future. He is a real asset to the Evans team. Thank you.
