Keeprite ac call back Customer recently had maintenance done and now has a noisey unit and is worried it may not be cooling well Upon testing unit, found a rattle noise coming from the condenser. Found screws on the electrical cover of the condenser to be lose. Upon tightening screws, noise has gone away. Check temperatures and refrigerant levels to ensure the unit is running efficiently. Have a 20° split between supply and return and refrigerant levels are good. Found no more issues with how the unit is operating. Unit is running safely No charge to the customer
