Call back service call We recently installed a new furnace and heat pump here and turned the gas off to the house and forgot to relight the fireplace. Relit the pilot and tested the fireplace ensure that I was working. Customer is satisfied and happy.

John woods water heater service call Upon arrival, unit was operational. Upon testing the unit found it to be going off on a three flash for pressure switch. Verified we were making enough inches of water column and verified pressure switch was closing. Upon inspection of the venting found a vent termination cover blocking most of the exhaust outlet, upon removing vent cover unit was operational again. Cycled multiple times with no issues. If unit were to fail again, we would recommend replacing the tank as the tank is 11 1/2 years old and coming towards the end of its life expectancy. Unit is working safely and efficiently at the time of service.

Tankless Water Heater Installation

Navien tankless maintenance Arrived at site and preformed regular tankless maintenance. Clean the igniter, flush tankless, removed and cleaned fresh air screen and inspected for any signs. None to be found at this time. Customer requested that we increase the temperature water from 126°F 130°F as they stated it wasn’t as hot as they would like it. Ensured tankless was on and operating correctly upon completing the flush of the unit. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time.

Evan’s premier call back Customer had a complaint that is unable to use his humidistat in the ductwork in order to get the humidifier to come on. This unit is equipped with the Amana smart stat, the humidifier runs off of the thermostat and not the control, found that there was over 50% humidity in the house, adjusted the setting from 45% humidity down to 30% humidity for the humidifier to maintain. Went over operation with the home owner to show how it can be adjusted. Everything is working correctly at this time Customer was not charged for service call

Thermostat service call Upon arrival, customer was explaining to me that they were having an issue with their current thermostat. Upon inspection, noticed that the thermostat was telling low battery, went and install two customer supplied AA batteries. Went over operation with the customer of how the thermostat works and how to program it and also make sure that the furnace is coming on when the thermostat is calling. Batterie terminals are corroded and advised customer if any more issues come with the thermostat, it needs to be changed. Unit is working safely and efficiently at this time

Red tag for gas leak Customer showed where they had to gas leaks, one on a capped line, and one to the water heater. Got approval from the landlord to go ahead and replace leaking joints, installed new black iron nipple with cap, as well as a new half inch 90 on the water heater. Perform soap and dial test, as well as used electronic leak detector to ensure there were no gas leaks after repair. Went ahead and turned all gas appliances back on to the house, relit water heater, and tested furnace Red tag has been cleared No more gas leaks at this time.

The only thing I'm concerned about, is that in reading the Furnace Inspection Report, it mentions on there that water damage was found. That was the first I learned of this. If I had known before I read the report, I would've asked Dylan about what specifically was damaged, how bad is the damage and what I could do to fix it and prevent it from continuing or possibly having the damage even get worse.

Andrew Spratt was friendly, professional and polite and got the job done quickly. He left the area clean and tidy and entered the house and immediately removed his boots. Furnace up and running in less than an hour as promised. Job well done!
