Lennox AC maintenance and inspection. AC is in good condition at this time. All electrical components are in good shape, refrigerant levels are within normal range and system is cooling very well with a 19f temperature drop between return and supply. Lennox furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace is operating safely and efficiently and in good condition for its age. Found no problems or concerns with the furnace or AC during visit Did not perform tankless flush due to copper heat exchanger and copper pipes internally. It has been a number of years since it was last flushed and did not want to risk the flush opening up a pinhole leak which is common on these style of tankless units.

Work Performed: Attended call for wall-hung Lochinvar combination boiler (domestic hot water + radiant floor heating). Found system not providing hot water for both space heating and domestic use. Observed error codes: domestic hot water sensor and combi sensor. Inspected wiring connections, cleaned dirty contacts, and tightened all connections. Performed full maintenance and inspection of the boiler. Reset system and confirmed partial operation restored. Contacted Lochinvar tech support for further diagnostics and reviewed sensor readings with them. Results: Issue traced to a faulty inlet sensor, which is reading excessively high and preventing the boiler from initiating. Boiler restarted and temporarily functional after cycling power, but inlet sensor requires replacement. Recommended proactive replacement of both the inlet sensor and high-limit outlet domestic hot water sensor due to system age (2016). Advised client that parts may need to be ordered in. Results: Furnace is operating as expected, no safety concerns at this time. Fireplace is functioning properly after maintenance. Maintenance Checklist Highlights: Checked burners, flame sensor, and ignition system. Verified proper operation of inducer motor and blower motor. Inspected heat exchanger and venting for cracks or leaks. Confirmed safeties and pressure switches are working correctly. Checked filter condition and airflow. Inspected gas connections and confirmed no leaks. Fireplace cleaned, burner and pilot assembly inspected and tested. Verified proper flame pattern and draft.
