Lennox service call Customer had complaint of extremely noisey 8 Month old furnace when it is running. Found the cause of the noise to be a piece of return duct not secured properly and was rubbing against the wooden joist causing the noise the customer was hearing. Went and secured duct work properly and observed unit operation to ensure no more noise was present. We were just here in February for the same issue, no charge to the customer as it’s under warranty. Unit is working safely and efficiently at this time.

John woods water heater service call Upon arrival, unit was operational. Upon testing the unit found it to be going off on a three flash for pressure switch. Verified we were making enough inches of water column and verified pressure switch was closing. Upon inspection of the venting found a vent termination cover blocking most of the exhaust outlet, upon removing vent cover unit was operational again. Cycled multiple times with no issues. Quick and quality service!
They were both very knowledgeable and very courteous and took very careful care of my home while installing my new furnace. Would highly recommend tiur
The only thing I'm concerned about, is that in reading the Furnace Inspection Report, it mentions on there that water damage was found. That was the first I learned of this. If I had known before I read the report, I would've asked Dylan about what specifically was damaged, how bad is the damage and what I could do to fix it and prevent it from continuing or possibly having the damage even get worse.
Andrew Spratt was friendly, professional and polite and got the job done quickly. He left the area clean and tidy and entered the house and immediately removed his boots. Furnace up and running in less than an hour as promised. Job well done!
