Rudd ac repair Customer stated that over the weekend. Upon testing, found that the ac had low charge causing a possible freeze up had discussions with customer about, replacing the air conditioner or replacing the furnace and air-conditioning and furnace is from 1998 Customer will take time to decide on what he would like to do, customer has been quoted multiple options including adding sealant and refrigerant, replacing the ac, and replacing both furnace and AC Ac is not cooling at this time

Customer wanted me to perform a furnace instead of looking at his humidifier. Furnace is working as expected. Humidifier should be replaced but customer declined replacement for now.

Daikin ac rooftop repair Customer stated that the unit was unable to keep up with set temperature. Upon testing unit, found the condenser to be very dirty as well as the filters to be extremely dirty. Replaced filter filters with two 20 x 25 x 2 filters as well as brush down the condenser and evaporator coil. Upon doing this temperatures became better and pressures lowered to manufacture specifications. Customer was also curious about hooking gas up to the unit so they can use it for heating and cooling as there’s no gas run to the rooftop at this time, only set up for AC Gas line has been quoted before and all measurements and pictures are already on file Unit is cooling at this time
