Daikin service call Upon arrival unit was working for customer states. Would it work for a bit to go out for hours. Upon inspection, found the filter to be extremely dirty and also being sucked into the blower. Changed filter and tested the unit. Found no abnormal operation while at site. Likely cause is a dirty filter causing the unit to over heat and trip on high limit. Recommend to the customer to change the filter every 2-3 months to avoid any more damage being done to the unit. Unit working safely and efficiently at time of service
Lennox service call Arrived at site to the unit running. Upon inspection, found a clogged filter cause a air restriction and over heat on the unit. Put a new filter in and tested unit, unit is working with no error codes at this time. Unit is 27 years old and coming towards the end of its service. Recommend to the customer to have a plan of when and how to replace the unit. Customer says they will wait till the summer to replace the unit and give us a call to quote a new unit. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time.
Lennox call back Arrived at site and confirmed same issue that was happing when the last tech was at site. Installed new board and flame sensor and tested unit with no issues or error codes present at time of repair. Unit is working safely and efficiently at this time. Parts and labour are covered under warranty.
Installed furnace
Evan’s select call back Customer had complaint of noise coming from his unit that’s was installed by us in the summer. Tested unit in both low and high fire and was unable to make the same noise that the customer was hearing. Told customer if he hears the noise again to record the noise with his phone and we can hear it on his phone. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time
Andrew Spratt was friendly, professional and polite and got the job done quickly. He left the area clean and tidy and entered the house and immediately removed his boots. Furnace up and running in less than an hour as promised. Job well done!
Weather king service call Upon arrival unit was in a 1 hour lockout, code 10. Cycled power on and off to the unit to reset and test unit. Unit try’s to ignite but no gas comes out from the gas valve. Gave the valve a technical tap and now the gas valve is working and lighting correctly. Cycled unit multiple times to ensure it doesn’t stick every time. Every cycling of the unit resulted in a successful ignition. Cause of the issue is the solenoid on a gas valves is sticking Recommend customer replace the gas valve to avoid more issues in the future. will have the office quote out the cost to replace the gas valve. Customer says they pre paid for the invoice but offices says no. Customer will be calling to square up the bill asap Unit running at time of service
Supply and install 40 gallon natural draft water tank - includes disposal and removal
Replaced gas valve on goodman furnace. Tested operation of first and second stage heat. System is working safely and efficiently with no other issues.

Lennox furnace call back Upon arrival, customer stated that he saw red lights flashing on the furnace and thought it might be an error code no have an issue with the unit. Tested unit in both first and second stage heating. Customer was likely seeing H 1, H 2 and A followed by 3 numbers. H 1 and H 2 are normal codes and state the unit is in first or second stage. A followed by 3 numbers is the cubic feet per minute (cfm) is the amount of air required for operation. Found a E225 code for pressure switch. Had correctly switch on the van, swap out pressure switch under warranty. Any 3 numbers followed by the letter En is an error code for the furnace. Tested unit and is working well with no error codes at this time. Instructed customer on how to read all the flashing codes that are on the furnace to avoid any more confusion in the future Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time.
