This model is difficult to reach pilot assembly without removal of side panels, and the side panels are stuck and will not budge without damage. Advised client if issue of not staying light continues we should replace pilot assembly as removal of the panels and everything , it would be more worth to replace parts than try to clean as cleaning pilot assembly may not fix the issue.
