Checked both mini split systems both were found to be low on refrigerant. Refrigerant oil is visible at all the connections. I recommend replacing all 12 the flare nuts ( 6 1/4 and 6 3/8) pressure testing system, vacuuming it and properly charging it. Advised the customer that an estimate will be emailed.
