Trane furnace comfort club maintenance and inspection. Furnace is operating safely and efficiently and in good condition at this time. Humidifier water valve was fully open causing large amounts of water to go down the drain. This was likely the cause of too much moisture windows and water on the floor by the floor drain. Changed valve position to about 90% closed where it should be. Recommend setting humidistat back to original position to see if moisture levels return to normal.

Furnace Maintenance: Replaced homeowner provided media filter (16x25x1) for optimal airflow and efficiency. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Fireplace Maintenance: Thoroughly cleaned the firebox, removing soot, dust, debris, and any pests. Vacuumed and dusted the ceramic log set, restoring its polished appearance. Inspected wiring to confirm secure connections and overall safety. Cleaned and polished the viewing glass using a specialized fireplace glass cleaner for optimal clarity. Conducted a detailed cleaning of the pilot assembly to ensure reliable performance. Sidenote: Used the last media filter for the furnace, you will need to purchase more next time your at the store. (16x25x1). & Happu Holidays

Arrived on site, no error code present on system, but did find error codes stored in the thermostat for inducer fault and gas valve fault. cycled power on and off to reset system thermostat calls for heat, the inducer does not come on and goes off on error code 42 for draft inducer error. Verified we had 120 volts going to motor and good electrical connections. Examined venting and found brown sludge all on the inside of the venting…see photos Tested inducer motor was not creating enough vacuum to close pressure switches Submitted quote required form for repair of inducer motor

2016 Lennox Single Stage Furnace – Maintenance Visit Work Performed: - Completed full furnace maintenance; furnace operating normally for its age. - Blower wheel/cage is very dirty; recommend full blower wheel cleaning. - Mildew observed on floor due to vinyl condensate tubing from furnace and water heater. Recommend replacing floor drain and converting vinyl tubing to PVC for cleaner drainage and to eliminate mildew. - Ecobee thermostat and furnace controls operating normally.
