A/C condensate drain was clogged, I cleaned it and tested to make sure it is draining properly. Furnace needs a new filter the existing air filter is dirty and it has been damaged by water. Customer will install a new filter. I highly recommend maintenance in both a/c and furnace. Customer wishes to pay by e- transfer

Inspection of a Lennox furnace and a water. Customer states that they had water in the basement during a flood. The water heater is displaying water damage on the bottom of it, and I highly recommend replacing it to prevent farther damage in the near future. The furnace has water stains in the blower casing. Equipment is working at this moment but the electrical components of the furnace were exposed to abnormal weather conditions therefore, l recommend replacing the circuit board and fan blower motor or the entire heating system to prevent issues in the near future. Customer wishes to pay by e-transfer.

Trane no ac Upon testing the AC, found the furnace running, but the condenser was not running and contactor, not pulled in. Upon visual inspection found there to be a mouse nest in the air conditioner, and after removing nest, found that mice have chewed the thermostat wire, not allowing the unit to come on. Repaired thermostat wire and tested unit again, AC is now running have over a 20° temperature split, will take some time to cool the house down. AC is working safely.

Filter was dirty, change with customer supplied filter. Found no issues with unit operation. AC is working safely.
