I just switched my HVAC maintenance plan from Reliance to Evans. Account setup was fast and very friendly, kudos to the office team!!! I was able to set a next day maintenance appointment right after setting the account up!! Amazing!! Amazing!!! Compare that to booking months in advance with Reliance (and them not showing up for three appointments). The service technician, Wes, called and offered an earlier appointment!! Never had that happen before, ever. He showed up, was very professional yet very personable. I had tons of questions about other products not necessarily related to my A/C maintenance, he answered them all. What a fantastic experience for my first service call. My only regret is not signing up for their services years ago. Thank you all so much, you have a customer for life.

Work Performed: Performed full air conditioner maintenance on 2023 Payne air conditioner and furnace system installed by Reliance. This is the client’s first visit as a Comfort Club member. System is operating well and in excellent condition. Results: AC is running perfectly, with no issues noted during inspection or testing. Additional Notes & Recommendations: Duct Cleaning: Client inquired about duct cleaning. We recommended Kleen-Flo Duct Cleaning (spelled KLEEN), a reputable local company servicing the Niagara region. Water Heater Discussion: Current rental water heater is under contract with Reliance for another two years. Client is interested in upgrading to a tankless system. We advised them to contact Reliance to inquire about the current buyout cost. We can install a tankless system sooner if desired. Also noted that yearly maintenance is required on tankless water heaters, and a recirculation line to the furthest faucet may be needed depending on the home's layout. Indoor

Furnace and air conditioning maintenance Furnace is in good shape. Blower motor is very loud on start up, and seems to be struggling to get up to speed. Recommend replacement before winter season. Recommend duct cleaning as well. Air conditioning is in great shape. No issues or concerns found
