2015 IBC High-Efficiency Boiler – Diagnostic & Repair + Fireplace Maintenance Arrived to diagnose a no-heat issue on the 2015 ICB high-efficiency boiler. Boiler was showing an ignition module fault. Performed full diagnostic, removed and cleaned the spark igniter, and re-seated the connection. After reassembly the boiler fired up and continued to run normally through multiple test cycles. Pressures and temperatures were monitored, pumps inspected, and all rads heated up properly. One Taco circulator pump is a bit loud but still circulating fine for now. This boiler has a specific maintenance procedure for cleaning the heat exchanger and burners(instruction manual on site and pics attached to file). Time didn’t allow for that today, so today’s visit was diagnostic and repair only. Recommended returning for a full boiler maintenance. Also completed a full maintenance on the upstairs fireplace. Thermocouple tested strong(650mv dc standing, 450mv dc loaded) cleaned and vacuumed the unit

Everything was explained and completed effectively.
Great service
Wes did a thorough investigation of our furnace issue and ordered the needed parts.
Evans called my tenant and made after hours appointment with out stating that there was a $60 fee for an after hours appointment. The tenant would have been ok with waiting until Tuesday.
Couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Shalik was a joy to have in our house.
