Ac maintenance Arrived at site and preformed ac maintenance Pressures look OK for the temperature outside, all electrical components were working Found that the capacitor reading on the compressor was below manufacture specifications, have attached estimate for customer to consider replacing the capacitor Was unable to use garden hose to clean off condenser as water was not turned on for outside, and no garden hose was present. Used brush, and non-rinsed condenser cleaner to clean the condenser to the best of my abilities System was working at time of service

Lennox service call Customer complaint of Noisey motor when it starts and while running. Upon testing the unit, found that the inducer motor was getting noisier as the unit continues to run. Motor is not over amping but the motor is starting to be a cause for concern. Recommend to the customer that they replace the inducer motor. Will have the office quote out the cost of a new inducer motor. Unit is running at this time

Continental Furnace and heat pump maintenance and inspection. The furnace is in excellent condition, working safely and efficiently. Found no problems during maintenance. Heat pump is also in excellent condition, coil is clear of any buildup. Refrigerant pressures are good. System is working efficiently. Tested cooling operation to ensure it’s ready to go for summer. System had 20f temp drop between return and supply. Working very well. Replaced pureairX media filter, still 3 more replacements in new box.

Can't say enough good things about Evans. Customer service is excellent. Calls are answered promptly, they are friendly and helpful. The service guy and install guys were on time, courteous and explained everything to us. We did our furnace, hot water tank and AC and appreciate their fine work and integrity. Highly recommend!

Customer service / sales rep Joanne, Installation technicians plus the follow up technician Andrew from Evan’s H&C were all excellent. Joanne my contact at the office was always courteous and exceptionally efficient. From my initial contact, to ordering, installation and follow up service. No hidden fees or warranty issues. Shortly after installation (which was arranged in 24hrs) I called. Discussed the concerns I was having and arranged for a technician to drop by the very day. Andrew solved the issue and explained how he adjusted it. He also advised how to further manage and if I have any questions or issues to call Evan’s and a technician will be dispatched asap. As well as being very courteous, Wesley is a very knowledgeable, experienced tech. He showed up on time, diagnosed the furnace problem, explained what he was doing and made the repair. I highly recommend Wesley and Evans Heating.
