Furnace Diagnostic Summary Equipment: High-Efficiency Furnace (Installed 2008) Fuel Type: Natural Gas Complaint: • Furnace locked out displaying Error Code 4-2 (Low Fire Pressure Switch opened repeatedly) Diagnosis & Testing: • Inspected venting and condensate drain – no concerns noted • Furnace last maintained in 2023; unit is clean and drain line clear • Connected manometer and tested low fire, high fire, and condensate pressure switches • Measured pressures exceeded manufacturer required ratings and were suitable for proper switch operation • Performed full diagnostic testing and combustion analysis – combustion readings within normal operating range • Furnace otherwise operating normally during portions of testing Additional Findings During Operation: • High temperature limit tripped during on-site testing • Supply air temperature rise appeared within range, but limit interruption still occurred • Intermittent faults suggest possible pressure switch failure, circu

Customer service / sales rep Joanne, Installation technicians plus the follow up technician Andrew from Evan’s H&C were all excellent. Joanne my contact at the office was always courteous and exceptionally efficient. From my initial contact, to ordering, installation and follow up service. No hidden fees or warranty issues. Shortly after installation (which was arranged in 24hrs) I called. Discussed the concerns I was having and arranged for a technician to drop by the very day. Andrew solved the issue and explained how he adjusted it. He also advised how to further manage and if I have any questions or issues to call Evan’s and a technician will be dispatched asap. No charge Joanne stated “We want our customers to be completely satisfied “ They truly stand behind what they state. Will definitely continue to work with Evan’s H&C

Hot water was 97f coming out of mixing valve with tank set very high. Set water heater back to “A” and adjusted mixing valve. Temp clamp on pipe out of mixing valve was 127f and thermometer at hot water tap was reading upwards of 135f after adjusting the mixing valve. Customer is much happier with this as she likes her water on the hotter side.

Evans called my tenant and made after hours appointment with out stating that there was a $60 fee for an after hours appointment. The tenant would have been ok with waiting until Tuesday.

Couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Shalik was a joy to have in our house.
As well as being very courteous, Wesley is a very knowledgeable, experienced tech. He showed up on time, diagnosed the furnace problem, explained what he was doing and made the repair. I highly recommend Wesley and Evans Heating.
