Furnace and water heater inspection Customer experienced a flood in their basement. Furnace Found the water did not go high enough to effect the blower motor or the circuit board. Tested entirety of the unit to ensure all was working and found no issues with how the furnace is operating. Water heater Inspected Found no water remained inside the water heater, and found no signs of corrosion or rust on the water heater. Water heater has already been previously lit by the home owner. Found no issues or concerns with the water heater. Both are furnace and water heater are running properly at time of service

Daikin Ductless repair Customer stated that there is water leaking from ductless head in the kitchen. Upon testing the unit, clearly see water leaking from the head. Found a completely clogged drain line, cleared drain line and water began to drain freely. Tested the head again and found no more water to be coming out of the ductless head. Filters are good and have a good supply temperature Found no more issues with operation. Unit is working safely.
