I completed a single-stage Lennox high-efficiency furnace inspection and maintenance. I found no immediate faults, but I performed a thorough inspection and cleaning. I checked the flame sensor, burners, pressure switch, inducer, and drain system. I verified the ignition sequence and combustion, and the flame signal, temperature rise, and overall operation were within the acceptable range. I advised the client that a proper cleaning and servicing often resolves minor intermittent issues, and the system is currently operating normally. I performed maintenance on a 2-stage Keeprite high-efficiency furnace. I inspected, cleaned, and checked all components to ensure they were operating within manufacturer specifications. The furnace was installed in 2020, so it is not very old. I noticed that the humidifier was not wired up, so I advised the client that a service call would be required to diagnose and reconnect if desired. I left the humidifier off for now.

Technician arrived on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and efficiently and made me aware of issues he found. Estimates to repair are being supplied.
As well as being very courteous, Wesley is a very knowledgeable, experienced tech. He showed up on time, diagnosed the furnace problem, explained what he was doing and made the repair. I highly recommend Wesley and Evans Heating.
