Gas leak service call Customer was red tagged for having a gas leak on the boiler. Found gas leak to be coming from a three-quarter black iron 90 fitting. Removed faulty fitting and installed new fitting. Preform soap and dial test leak search. Found no leaks at this time. Turned the boiler back on and ensured it was working. Red tag has been cleared Everything is running safely and efficiently at this time Customer will be paying by E transfer or will call into the office on Monday

Rudd service call Found no error codes upon arrival. Tested the unit and found a dirty filter almost a year old. Customer had spare on hand and installed new filter. (M1-1056) Tested furnace and found no other issues to be impacting the unit operation at this time. Unit is working safely and efficiently at time if service Customer will call the office to square up the bill

Gibson service call Upon arrival, thermostat was calling for heat and nothing was happening. Confirmed I had 24 V coming out of my circuit board but nothing going through my thermostat. Bypass thermostat in unit is responding correctly, found a bad thermostat. Tested unit with new thermostat and all is working well. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time

Aprilaire humidifier repair. Customer complaint of low humidity in the house. Tested humidifier and is coming on correctly at 35% and techs humidistat is reading 35 to 36%. Saddle valve needed to be open a little bit more as there wasn’t very much water flow coming through. Customer will monitor the humidity levels for the next week. Issue could have been with the saddle valve not being open enough but unit is working correctly no charge warranty for the customer.
