Gibson service call Upon arrival, thermostat was calling for heat and nothing was happening. Confirmed I had 24 V coming out of my circuit board but nothing going through my thermostat. Bypass thermostat in unit is responding correctly, found a bad thermostat. Tested unit with new thermostat and all is working well. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time

Aprilaire humidifier repair. Customer complaint of low humidity in the house. Tested humidifier and is coming on correctly at 35% and techs humidistat is reading 35 to 36%. Saddle valve needed to be open a little bit more as there wasn’t very much water flow coming through. Customer will monitor the humidity levels for the next week. Issue could have been with the saddle valve not being open enough but unit is working correctly no charge warranty for the customer.

Condensate pump drain line clogged behind wall, ran new 15 feet vinyl drain line to sink and tested. Pump working normally.

Service Type: Furnace Inspection – Noise Concern Equipment: 2004 KeepRite High-Efficiency Furnace Client Concern: Client reported loud operation, primarily from the inducer motor. Inspection & Findings: - Inducer motor found to be louder than normal. - Furnace otherwise in very decent condition for its age. - No water damage observed. - Venting is older black pipe; inspected and currently in decent condition. Recommendations: - Recommend replacing inducer motor. - Advised annual maintenance due to age of furnace and older venting. - Discussed new furnace options Status: - Furnace operating at time of inspection. - No immediate safety concerns noted. After speaking about price for inducer motor client decided to go with a new furnace.

Service Type: Fireplace Inspection & Noise Assessment Equipment: Heat & Glo Gas Fireplace (1999) Client Concern: Client reported banging noise from fireplace, louder on colder days. Inspection & Findings: - Fireplace recently had pilot assembly replacement and maintenance completed. - Inspected operation; no gas leaks found. - Banging noise consistent with thermal expansion on an older Heat & Glo unit. - Visible rust and age-related wear noted on screws, nuts, and internal metal components. - No immediate safety concerns observed. Recommendations: - Recommend replacing burner, refractory, and base as initial steps to address noise. - Due to age of unit, repair may not fully resolve issue. - Advised client that overall condition and part wear suggest fireplace may be nearing end of service life and replacement should be considered. Status: - Fireplace operating normally at time of inspection. - No safety concerns noted.
